AIR SPACERS

Our spacer profiles are available in Mechanical Micro Stitched, Continuous and Pulsed wave Laser Welded seam styles.  All air spacer is Aludized and cleaned immediately prior to placing in cartons to ensure the cleanest product for maximum adhesion.  

We offer top coated Aludized spacers in the standard colors: Black, Bronze, High Gloss White, Light Bronze, Aludized® and Semi Gloss White with custom colors available upon request.  In addition, our spacers are fabricated with standard or bendable alloy.  Standard lengths are 12' 8".  Other length's, custom profiles, cut to length, name, date and certification imprinting is also available. 

Most coatings used on the surface of our products are an oil-free, linear polyester system. These coatings are chemically cross-linked to provide tough, flexible, weather resistant films. These “baking enamels” are based on high molecular weight polyester polymer resins, pigmented with heat, chemical and UV resistant pigmentation.

Color matching can be as close as 0.2 on the L.a.b. scale.
