(Pencil Bar) styles
in a wide range of colors.
Muntin bar is also available in two elegant light reflective colors, Polished
Gold (24 carat) and Polished Brass (18 carat).
Most coatings used on the surface of our products are an oil-free, linear polyester system. These coatings are chemically cross-linked to provide tough, flexible, weather resistant films. These “baking enamels” are based on high molecular weight polyester polymer resins, pigmented with heat, chemical and UV resistant pigmentation. Color matching can be as close as 0.2 on the L.a.b. scale.
These coils are produced to your specification by giving us your outside diameters. You will receive, beautifully clean scratch free circles in one of our standard colors. Special colors are available with quantity purchases.
Purchase mill finish and paint your own. Circles ordered can be further reduced in diameter to a smaller size on your own bender.
